Whether you have one single office room or a whole corporate campus that needs help with acoustics, our process ensures that we can provide you with customized service and fast turnaround times, every time.


STEP 1:
Initial Discovery
First we set up a phone call, web meeting, or in-person site walk to get familiar with your space and determine the best approach that will meet your acoustic goals.
STEP 2:
Design Phase
Once we have all the relevant project information, our design team gets to work on the project's layout and design. They stay in close contact with our Sales Team to make the design and solutions specified achieve your intended goals.


STEP 3:
Design Review
After the design is complete, we will host a meeting with you to go over the design and answer any questions you may have before moving forward. We can also provide pricing estimates at this time while we narrow in on the finalized design.
STEP 4:
Project Kick-Off
After you are comfortable with the design, we will send you a formal proposal and contract. Once the order is placed, we will finalize the design submittals and introduce you to our project management team to begin coordinating the installation or product delivery.


STEP 5:
Installation Phase
Throughout the project's timeline and through completion you will work with our project management team and if we are doing the installation, our professional and highly-skilled technicians.
STEP 6:
Project Closeout
At the end of the project, our team packs up and cleans up behind themselves before leaving, but that's not the last you'll hear from us. We provide a full closeout package, including a tuning report or reverberation report, based on the solutions provided for your project.
